How To Help
Funds have been set up to help offset the blow to the commericial fishing community through the Crescent City Rotary Club and through Wild Rivers.
Attend the Crescent City Beach Cleanup Saturday, 3/20/11. Volunteers are needed and are asked to meet at 1 p.m. at the Crescent City Wastewater Treatment Facility located at 210 Battery Street in Crescent City. Please wear appropriate clothing for the event such as boots, gloves, and rain gear. Trash bags will be provided. More details here.
Attend Ocean Night at the Arcata Theatre Lounge, Friday, April 1, 7:30 p.m. and make a donation to the Crescent City relief fund. See surfrider.org/h
